The PE (polyethylene) resin used in our PE water supply pipes is synthesized from ethylene monomers. By manipulating polymerization conditions such as pressure and temperature, various resin densities are achieved, producing high-density, medium-density, and low-density polyethylene. Our PE water supply pipes boast a multitude of benefits including exceptional toughness, superior corrosion and crack resistance, stable interface, and lightweight design allowing for effortless installation. These pipes are extensively utilized in water supply pipe manufacturing. Beyond traditional excavation methods, advanced non-excavation techniques can also be employed. 1. When installing buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively utilize electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Screw connections and bonding are strictly prohibited. Each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection must be completed using specialized tools. Avoid open flames for heating during this process.

2. Ensure that polyethylene pipes are connected using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Conduct a thorough test before starting to ensure the quality meets the required standards.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, make sure the pipe ends are clean. Temporarily seal the pipe openings at the end of each work session. Inspect the interface immediately after completing the connection.
 
4. Before and after hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Strictly adhere to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the hot melt butt welding machine and pipe manufacturers.

5. Follow the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding, as outlined by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these periods, avoid moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts.

6. After connection, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, clear out any air, and check for water tightness.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be deemed operational after successfully passing the final acceptance inspection.
