Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit should be meticulously paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring optimal stability by maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning them strategically at 0.5 meters away from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for manual installation. It is crucial that ground personnel efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew located at the trench's bottom. It is strictly prohibited to roll these pipes into the groove, as it may compromise the integrity of the installation.

3. Should there be a need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, it is essential to utilize mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure that the cut is executed perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and flat surface that guarantees a seamless fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings are expertly made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a robust and secure assembly.

2. Prior to insertion, it is important to mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection, clearly indicating the desired insertion length. Post-insertion into the socket, double-check that the insertion indicator is precise and correctly positioned for a flawless connection.

3. Before proceeding with the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure to meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This step is crucial to facilitate a proper connection and effectively prevent any possibility of water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been successfully accepted. Prompt backfilling is paramount to prevent any potential damage that may arise from the pipeline's prolonged exposure.
2. It is vital to ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is gently backfilled with soft soil, providing adequate protection and support.
3. Backfilling soil into the ditch should always be performed manually. The use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain control and precision.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must rigorously meet the design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing structural integrity and longevity.
