1. When installing the buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is absolutely crucial to employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking techniques solely. The use of screw connections and bonding methods is strictly forbidden. Each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection must be executed with the appropriate specialized tools designed for this purpose. It is essential to avoid using open flames during the connection process, ensuring a safe and secure installation.

2. For a flawless connection, polyethylene pipes should only be joined using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before starting the connection, conduct a comprehensive test to ensure that the quality aligns with the required standards, guaranteeing reliability and durability.

3. When connecting polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is imperative to ensure that the pipe ends are immaculate. At the conclusion of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to prevent contamination. Upon completing the connection, promptly inspect the interface to confirm a perfect union.

4. To achieve optimal results with hot melt butt welding, it is essential to meticulously clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth both before and after the process. Follow the precise heating time and temperature guidelines as specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and associated pipes and fittings, ensuring a seamless and durable connection.

5. Adhere to the detailed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding, as stipulated by both the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it is vital to refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts, allowing the weld to set properly and ensuring a secure connection.

6. Following the connection, a water pressure test on the pipes is essential to verify the integrity of the installation. This test should be conducted within one hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before performing the hydrostatic test. Ensure the pipeline is filled with water, purge any trapped air, and then meticulously check for water tightness, safeguarding against any potential leaks.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be considered operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, confirming that all standards and specifications have been met with excellence.
