Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit standard fixed length is 6 meters. Each conduit comes with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and situating them 0.5 meters from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for manual installation. Ground personnel should hand over the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden.

3. For any required length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are made using either socket or interface connections.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, verify the insertion indicator for accuracy and proper positioning.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Backfilling of trenches should commence after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the surroundings of the CPVC power protective casing are backfilled with soft soil.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain integrity.
4. The quality of backfilled soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure stability.
