Installation Instructions

1. For the seamless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Absolutely avoid using screw connections or bonding techniques. Ensure that every polyethylene water supply pipeline connection is executed with precision using specialized tools, and do not use open flames for heating during the connection process to ensure safety and integrity.

2. Ensure a perfect connection by using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before initiating the connection process, conduct a thorough test to confirm that the quality meets the highest required standards.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, keep the pipe ends immaculate. Seal pipe openings temporarily at the end of each work session to maintain cleanliness. Immediately inspect the interface upon completing each connection to ensure a flawless joint.

4. Prior to and after performing hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere strictly to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings to achieve optimal results.

5. Follow the exact pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a secure and reliable joint.

6. After completing the connection, promptly conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, ensure the purge of all air, and then perform a thorough check for water tightness to confirm the integrity of the system.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be deemed fully operational and functional after successfully passing the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that every aspect meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
