Installation Instructions
 

The versatile connection modes of our HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes encompass both mechanical connections and a series of advanced thermal fusion procedures. The primary methods include butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection.

1. The pipeline installation should commence on an earth arc base. For standard soil conditions, lay a 100mm thick layer of medium coarse sand on the undisturbed soil or on a well-compacted backfill foundation beneath the pipe. If the foundation soil is suboptimal, use a sand gravel base layer with a minimum thickness of 200mm, which can be constructed in two layers: a lower layer of gravel (5~32mm particle size, 100~150mm thick) and an upper layer of coarse sand (at least 50mm thick). The base density should conform to Table 2 specifications. For soft soil foundations with insufficient bearing capacity or disturbed due to drainage or other construction activities, reinforce the foundation first. Once the foundation achieves the specified bearing capacity, proceed to lay the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. The axillary corner within the range of the designed earth arc foundation's supporting angle must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling range should cover the supporting angle 2α plus 30 degrees, with compactness adhering to technical regulation standards.

3. Grooves for the socket interface and sleeve connection should be excavated concurrently with the pipeline laying process. The dimensions of these grooves-length, width, and depth-should align with the pipe joint size. Post-joining, backfill the grooves immediately with medium coarse sand to ensure density.

4. In sections prone to longitudinal uneven settlement due to factors like pipeline load and soil variability, reinforce the foundation prior to laying the pipeline to ensure stability and longevity.
For the treatment of polyethylene drainage pipe foundations, employ composite methods such as sand pile and stone pile. Rigid foundation techniques like driven pile, concrete pad, and concrete strip foundation should be avoided to maintain the integrity of the pipeline.
