Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Each CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters, perfectly paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. For optimal stability, maintain a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between these sleepers, and strategically position them 0.5 meters from joints.
2. Experience the ease of manual installation for CPVC power protective casings. Ground personnel should diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew situated at the bottom of the trench. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly off-limits to ensure integrity.
3. Should you need to adjust the length of CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for a precise cut. It's crucial that the cut aligns perpendicularly to the axis of the pipe pillow, achieving a smooth and seamless surface.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Seamless connections for CPVC power protective casings are made possible using either socket or interface connections, ensuring robust and reliable linkages.
2. For precision, mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the exact insertion length. After inserting into the socket, ensure that the indicator is accurately positioned for a perfect fit.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This step is crucial for a secure connection, preventing water leakage and ensuring long-term durability.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project receives approval. Timely backfilling is essential to protect against potential damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure a gentle touch by backfilling the area around the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil, nurturing the pipeline's stability.
3. Manually fill the ditch with backfilling soil; the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to preserve the integrity of the pipeline.
4. Ensure that the backfill soil quality adheres to design-specified density requirements, maintaining the integrity and longevity of the installation.
