1. To ensure unparalleled reliability and longevity when installing buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is absolutely crucial to employ the superior precision techniques of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking exclusively. Avoid the use of screw connections or bonding, as these are strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity. Ensure every polyethylene water supply pipeline connection is executed with dedicated, specialized tools for utmost efficiency. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process, as this could compromise the quality and safety of the installation.

2. Achieve optimal performance by connecting polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that are of the same distinguished brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to embarking on any connection process, conduct a comprehensive test to confirm that all components meet the desired quality standards.

3. During the joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure the pipe ends are immaculate and free from contaminants. At the end of each work session, take precautionary measures by temporarily sealing the pipe openings. Upon completing the connection, an immediate and thorough inspection of the interface is essential to ensure its soundness.

4. Both prior to and following the hot melt butt welding process, it is imperative to meticulously clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machinery and the pipes and fittings to guarantee seamless connections.

5. Adhere to the recommended pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as outlined by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical phases, ensuring that the connecting parts remain stationary and free from applied pressure will uphold the integrity of the weld.

6. Following the connection process, it is crucial to perform a meticulous water pressure test on the pipes to affirm durability and leak-proof assurance. This test should be conducted within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints prior to the hydrostatic test. Ensure the pipeline is filled with water, all air is expelled, and a thorough check for water tightness is executed.

7. Only after a thorough and successful final acceptance inspection, which confirms all aspects meet the stringent standards, can the pipeline engineering construction be deemed fully operational and ready for use.
