What is your delivery time?
For small quantities, we utilize international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc., ensuring delivery within 3-5 days post-dispatch. For larger orders, we ship by sea, with delivery times ranging from a few days to several weeks, depending on your destination port.

Absolutely. For standard products, samples are complimentary; you just need to cover the shipping costs. For high-value items, both the product cost and shipping are required. Once we establish a solid partnership or if you become a VIP customer, complimentary samples will be provided.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes, we provide customized OEM services tailored to your specifications, including logo design and packaging.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept T/T or L/C at sight. For T/T, a 30% advance payment is required, with the balance due before shipment or via L/C.
