These techniques guarantee unmatched performance and durability. Avoid the use of screw connections or bonding, as they significantly reduce the pipeline's integrity and strength. Ensure every connection is executed using precision-designed tools made specifically for polyethylene water supply pipelines. Do not use open flames during the connection process, safeguarding against damage and ensuring maximum safety.

2. Polyethylene pipes must be joined using PE pipes and fittings sharing the identical brand, material, and SDR rating to guarantee peak compatibility and performance. Before embarking on the connection process, execute comprehensive tests to confirm the quality is up to the stringent required standards, ensuring a secure, robust, and enduring pipeline.

3. For optimal joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, always maintain clean and pristine pipe ends to facilitate a seamless, efficient connection. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to deter contamination. Immediately post-connection, inspect the interface to ensure it is flawlessly secure and devoid of defects.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, meticulously cleanse the heating plate using a spotless cotton cloth. This is crucial for optimal heat transfer and superior connection quality. Adhere strictly to the heating time and temperature guidelines as detailed by the manufacturers of both the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings for unparalleled results.

5. Precisely follow the prescribed pressure holding and cooling periods for hot melt butt welding as outlined by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical phases, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts, ensuring a robust and stable connection.

6. After achieving a successful connection, promptly conduct a water pressure test within one hour of completing the hot-melt weld to verify the pipeline's integrity and reliability. Ensure the pipeline is securely fastened and joints are exposed before the hydrostatic test. Perform a complete pipeline fill with water, expel all air, and check for water tightness, confirming the connection's success.

7. The pipeline engineering project can only be considered operational following the successful final acceptance inspection. This procedure guarantees all standards and specifications have been meticulously met, paving the way for a safe and effective water supply system.
