Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, spaced 2.0 meters apart and positioned 0.5 meters away from the joint. This arrangement ensures optimal stability and support.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel should transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. It is crucial to avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain the integrity of the materials.

3. When length adjustments are necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, mechanical tools should be used for cutting. Ensure that the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, producing a smooth and flat surface for perfect fitting.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are executed using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is precise and correctly positioned for maximum efficiency.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, clean any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and prevents any potential water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline to external elements.
2. Ensure that the area around the CPVC power protective casing is carefully backfilled with soft soil to maintain the structural integrity and avoid any damage.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the pipeline and ensure even distribution.
4. The backfill soil quality must meet the design-specified density requirements, ensuring long-term stability and support for the CPVC power protective casings.
