Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo rigorous inspection to ensure it meets the stipulated product standards. Any pipe failing to meet these standards is strictly forbidden from being laid.

2. While handling the pipes, ensure they are lifted and placed gently to avoid damage. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, and similar equipment in trenches is explicitly prohibited.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water during pipe laying. Dig the trench as you lay the pipe, with a groove depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Post-interface completion, backfill the grooves with medium-coarse sand.

4. Use mechanical methods for cutting pipes to the required length. Ensure the cut is flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis; avoid using open flames.

 

5. Always use matching pipe fittings when altering the pipe diameter or connecting branch pipes. Do not create holes in pipes and fittings to accommodate connections.

6. Lay the pipe according to the specified design slope. Ensure the elevation error does not exceed the limits set by the current national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' (GB 50268).

7. When the ambient temperature is low or near the minimum, use fusion or flange connections. Clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connecting parts thoroughly to remove soil, water, and impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts, apply anti-corrosion measures according to the soil quality and relevant standards.
