Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring that the spacing between the sleepers is 2.0 meters and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint for optimal support and stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel should carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.

3. If length adjustments are required for the CPVC power protective casings, always use mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and flat surface for a secure fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are made using either socket connections or interface connections, both designed to provide a secure and efficient linkage.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an indication of the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned for a secure connection.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. This prevents damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area around the CPVC power protective casing is meticulously backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the pipeline.
4. The backfill soil quality must meet design-specified density requirements to ensure the stability and longevity of the pipeline installation.
