Installation Instructions

 

1. For the seamless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively employ state-of-the-art electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Avoid the use of screw connections or bonding to ensure optimal integrity. Utilize specialized tools for each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process to maintain safety and precision.

2. Ensure that polyethylene pipes are connected using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before starting the connection, perform a comprehensive quality test to confirm adherence to required standards.

3. For pristine connections, maintain clean pipe ends. Temporarily seal the pipe openings at the end of each work session to prevent contamination. Perform an immediate inspection of the interface upon completing the connection to ensure perfection.

 

4. Before and after executing hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere strictly to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the hot melt butt welding machine and pipe manufacturers for flawless results.

5. Adhere to the recommended pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as prescribed by equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these periods, avoid moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a secure bond.

6. Post-connection, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before performing the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and then check for water tightness to ensure reliability.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be deemed operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring all standards are met and the system is fully functional.

For small quantities, we utilize international couriers (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or air freight, ensuring you receive the goods within 3-5 days post-dispatch. For larger orders, we ship by sea, and the delivery time varies from days to weeks, depending on your destination port.

Absolutely, samples are available. For standard products, samples are complimentary; you only need to cover the shipping costs. For high-value items, both the product cost and shipping are required.
