Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit's standard fixed length is 6 meters. Each section is supported by 3 pipe sleepers, ensuring a 2.0-meter spacing between them and positioning them 0.5 meters from the joint, providing optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel should deliver the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. It is crucial to avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain integrity.

3. For CPVC power protective casing length adjustments, employ mechanical tools to achieve precise cutting. Ensure cuts are perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface for seamless installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings are executed via socket or interface methods, ensuring robust and secure joints.

2. Mark the connection surface of the CPVC power conduit with an insertion length indicator. Post-insertion into the socket, confirm the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator for reliable connectivity.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, remove any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper fit and prevents potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has passed inspection. Prompt backfilling prevents damage due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline, preserving its integrity.
2. The area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing must be backfilled with soft soil to ensure proper support and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the trench; the use of mechanical backfilling methods is strictly prohibited to avoid potential damage to the pipeline.
4. The backfill soil must meet the density requirements specified in the design to ensure the stability and durability of the installation.
