Installation Instructions

 

1. Before installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to ensure it meets all product standards. Any pipe that does not meet these standards must not be installed under any circumstances.

2. Handle each pipe with the highest level of care during transportation. Avoid dragging or rolling pipes, and do not use equipment such as forklifts, tractors, or any other heavy machinery to move the pipes within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water during the pipe-laying process. Ideally, dig the trench at the same time as laying the pipes. The trench groove should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width that is at least equal to the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand after completing the interface.

4. When cutting pipes to the required lengths, use mechanical methods to achieve a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Do not use open flames for cutting.

 

5. Use appropriate pipe fittings when changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Avoid making openings directly on the pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the limits set forth in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components such as looping flanges and bolts, based on soil quality and relevant standards.
