(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for our CPVC power conduit is precisely 6 meters. Each conduit is expertly supported by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring an optimal spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning each sleeper a strategic 0.5 meters away from the joint, guaranteeing stability and efficiency.

2. Our CPVC power protective casings are designed for manual installation. It is crucial that personnel stationed on the ground carefully pass the pipe material down to the construction team situated at the trench's bottom. To maintain integrity and safety, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited.

3. Should there be a need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, precision is key. Utilize mechanical tools to achieve a cut that is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring the resulting surface is smooth and flawlessly flat.
 
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect the CPVC power protective casing with confidence, whether through socket connections or interface connections, providing flexibility and reliability in all installations.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a precise indication of the intended insertion length. After insertion into the socket, thoroughly verify that the insertion indicator is both accurate and appropriately positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to establishing any connections with the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear all soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This diligent preparation ensures a robust connection and effectively prevents any potential water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent any damage due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline, maintaining the integrity and functionality of the installation.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is carefully backfilled with soft soil, providing a gentle yet effective support system.
3. For optimal results, manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the quality and consistency of the fill.
4. The backfill soil quality is paramount and must meet the precise density requirements as specified in the design, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
