Discover the diverse connection techniques of our HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes. These robust modes include mechanical connections and a series of advanced thermal fusion procedures. The primary methods encompass butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

1. Begin your pipeline installation on a solid earth arc foundation. For standard soil conditions, lay a medium coarse sand base layer, 100mm thick, over undisturbed soil or compacted backfill. In cases of poor soil quality, opt for a sand gravel base of no less than 200mm, potentially in two layers: a bottom layer of 5-32mm gravel, 100-150mm thick, and a top layer of coarse sand, at least 50mm thick. The base density must meet the specifications detailed in Table 2. For soft soil foundations with insufficient bearing capacity, or if the foundation has been compromised due to construction or precipitation, it is imperative to reinforce the foundation before proceeding. Only after achieving the required bearing capacity should you lay the medium coarse sand base.

2. Ensure that the axillary corner within the support angle range of the designed earth arc foundation is backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling area must extend beyond the support angle 2α by at least 30, maintaining a compactness as specified in the technical regulations.

3. During pipeline foundation preparation, dig the grooves for socket interfaces and sleeve connections concurrently with pipeline laying. Determine the groove’s length, width, and depth based on the pipe joint size. Upon joint completion, immediately backfill the area with medium coarse sand to ensure density.

4. For sections where longitudinal uneven settlement may occur due to pipeline load or ground soil changes, reinforce the foundation prior to pipeline laying to ensure stability.
Adopt composite foundation treatment methods such as sand piles and stone piles for polyethylene drainage pipe foundations. Avoid rigid foundation treatments like driven piles, concrete pads, or concrete strip foundations, which may not be compatible.
