Installation Instructions

1. To ensure the impeccable performance of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, employ only electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods for installation. Avoid screw connections and bonding to maintain structural integrity. Use specialized tools for each connection type, and refrain from using open flames during the process to prevent any damage.

2. For seamless connectivity, only use polyethylene pipes and fittings that match in brand, material, and SDR rating. Before starting, perform a comprehensive quality test to ensure standards are met, guaranteeing the reliability and durability of your pipeline system.

3. Ensure the cleanliness of pipe ends before joining polyethylene water supply pipelines. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to protect them. Post-connection, immediately inspect the interface for perfect alignment and integrity.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth. Follow the prescribed heating time and temperature settings provided by the manufacturers of both the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings to ensure optimal results.

5. Adhere strictly to the specified pressure holding and cooling times for hot melt butt welding as per the guidelines from equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it's essential to keep the connecting parts stable and free from any additional pressure.

6. After completing connections, conduct a rigorous water pressure test within 1 hour to verify the integrity of the pipes. Securely hold the pipeline in place and expose the joints before the test. Fill the entire system with water, eliminate air pockets, and then thoroughly check for water tightness to ensure reliability.

7. The pipeline engineering construction will only be considered fully operational after it passes the final acceptance inspection, confirming that all standards and safety requirements are met.
