Installation Instructions

 

1. For the installation of honeycomb pipes in standard conditions (excluding soft soil scenarios), it is unnecessary to prepare the trench bottom layer or perform wrapping. Once the pipes are laid, you can proceed with backfilling and promptly reopen the area for traffic.

2. When laying multiple honeycomb pipes in a single trench, ensure they are aligned perfectly by securing them with two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and at the midpoint of the pipe length. This will keep the pipes neatly arranged before backfilling.

3. For optical cable installations crossing highways, position the pipes precisely at the designed trench depth. Add approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand over the pipes before completing the soil backfill.
 

 

4. In engineering applications, pipes are connected using joints. Initially, apply PVC glue to the joints to ensure a watertight seal. When connecting pipes of varying specifications, follow the factory markings at the joints to avoid any misalignment issues.

5. Upon completing each construction segment, seal any unused pipes with plugs to prevent ingress of sand and gravel impurities. Any cut pipes can be repurposed for other sections of the road, following the required connection lengths.

Are you a trading company or a factory?

How long is your delivery time?

For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, it takes 3-5 days for you to receive the goods after they are shipped. For large quantity products, delivery is by sea, and it will take from a few days to several weeks to reach your destination port, depending on its location.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight cost. For high-value products, you need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost. Once we have established a cooperative relationship or you become our VIP customer, free samples will be provided upon request.
