In the meticulous process of installing MPP power cable protection tubes, the connection method stands as a critical component. The precise selection of the appropriate connection method guarantees the reliable and efficient operation of your power piping system. This section elucidates several prevalent MPP power cable protection tube connection techniques, aiding you in comprehending the unique characteristics and application scenarios of each method.

01. Prior to installation, ensure that the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine conform to the welding prerequisites. Perform an idle-run test on the milling cutter oil pump switch, and install the slips that match the pipe's specifications into the rack. Adjust the heating plate temperature to the welding temperature, and meticulously clean its surface with soft paper or alcohol to remove oil stains before heating.

02. Eliminate any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Secure the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension at both ends. Use supports for the parts protruding outside the pipe rack. Align the pipe height with the frame centerline, secure the slip, then insert a milling cutter to mill the pipe.

03. Continue milling the pipe until continuous cutting is observed at both ends. Release the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two to three rotations before retracting the movable frame and switching off the milling cutter.
 
04. Extract the milling cutter and bring the pipe ends together. Examine the end face, ensuring that the displacement at both ends does not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. When closing, there should be no visible gap between the two pipe ends, and the gap width should adhere to: 0.3MM (DN.<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, swiftly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends' circumference flips, and the minimum curling reaches the desired height. Reduce the pressure to the designated value, allowing the pipe end face to contact the heating plate, and maintain heating for the specified duration.

06.When the heat absorption period reaches the set time, retract the movable frame and promptly remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends swiftly, ensuring the switching time does not exceed the specified limit. Avoid excessive closing pressure to prevent squeezing out molten material, which could compromise welding quality.

07.Elevate the pressure to the specified value and maintain it during the cooling phase. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, detach the pipe, and complete the welding process.
