Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit is supplied in standard fixed lengths of 6 meters, each accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers. These sleepers should be spaced 2.0 meters apart, with each sleeper positioned 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel should carefully hand over the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom, ensuring no rolling of pipes into the groove to prevent damage.

3. For any length adjustments needed on CPVC power protective casings, use mechanical cutting tools to achieve a precise, perpendicular cut to the pipe axis. This will ensure a smooth and flat surface, enhancing the installation quality.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings can be efficiently achieved using either socket or interface methods for secure and reliable joins.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indication. Ensure after insertion into the socket that the insertion indicator is accurate and the connection is properly positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, remove all soil and debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper seal and prevents water leakage, maintaining system integrity.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should begin promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Immediate backfilling prevents damage due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Use soft soil to backfill around the CPVC power protective casing, providing safe and stable coverage.
3. Manually backfill soil into the ditch; the use of mechanical backfilling methods is strictly prohibited to prevent damage and ensure controlled compaction.
4. Ensure the backfill soil quality meets the design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing robust and durable pipeline protection.
