Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint for optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with ease. Ground personnel should efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.

3. For any necessary length adjustments to the CPVC power protective casings, mechanical tools should be employed for precision cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface that guarantees a perfect fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure and reliable assembly.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an insertion length indicator. After insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from both the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to avoid damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent any damage to the pipeline infrastructure.
4. The backfill soil quality must meet design-specified density requirements to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of the pipeline installation.
