Installation Instructions

1. To achieve flawless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to utilize the highly efficient electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. The use of screw connections or bonding is strictly forbidden. Each polyethylene water supply pipeline connection must be executed with precision using specialized tools designed for this purpose. Always refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process to ensure safety and reliability.

2. For seamless connectivity, ensure that polyethylene pipes are joined using PE pipes and fittings of the same distinguished brand, high-quality material, and consistent SDR rating. Before starting the connection, conduct a comprehensive quality test to confirm that all standards are impeccably met.

3. While joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, make certain that the pipe ends are impeccably clean. Seal the pipe openings at the end of each work session temporarily. Conduct an immediate inspection of the interface upon the completion of the connection to ensure its integrity.

4. Prior to and following any hot melt butt welding, diligently clean the heating plate using an immaculate cotton cloth. Follow the precise heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the reputable manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings for optimal results.

5. Adhere strictly to the recommended pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as dictated by the manufacturers of the equipment and pipes. It is vital to avoid movement or applying pressure to the connecting parts during these critical periods to maintain the connection's integrity.

6. After completing the connection, it is essential to conduct a rigorous water pressure test on the pipes. Carry out this test within one hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before initiating the hydrostatic test. Ensure the pipeline is filled with water, purge any air, and then meticulously check for water tightness.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be considered operational after it has triumphantly passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring all standards are met with excellence.
