1. CPVC power conduits come in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is supported by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, strategically spaced 2.0 meters apart. Ensure sleepers are positioned 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal stability.
2. For the installation of CPVC power protective casings, manual handling is required. Ground personnel should carefully pass the pipe material to the construction crew positioned at the trench's bottom. Avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain the integrity of the installation.
3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for precise cutting. The cut must be perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, ensuring a smooth and flat edge for a flawless fit.
1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using either socket or interface connections for a secure and reliable assembly.
2. Before insertion, mark the CPVC power conduit with the insertion length indicator. Once inserted into the socket, verify the insertion mark to ensure accurate and proper alignment.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly remove any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This step is crucial to achieving a robust connection and preventing potential water leakage.
1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been duly accepted. Timely backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. The area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing must be backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Perform manual filling of backfill soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to safeguard the structural integrity.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements to maintain structural stability and durability.
