The connection methods for HDPE double-wall bellows, along with b and c tubes, include an array of mechanical connections and a suite of sophisticated thermal fusion procedures. The primary techniques encompass butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connections, and compression connections.

1. The pipeline should be securely based on a stable earth arc. For soils of a general nature, lay a 100mm layer of medium coarse sand as a base on either undisturbed soil or a compacted backfill foundation beneath the pipe. In cases of poor soil quality, opt for a sand gravel base layer no thinner than 200mm. It can be structured in two layers: the lower composed of 5~32mm gravel, with a thickness of 100~150mm, and the upper consisting of coarse sand, not less than 50mm thick. Ensure the base density aligns with Table 2's standards. For soft soil foundations that fail to meet design requirements or are compromised by construction activities, fortify the foundation first. Once it achieves the specified bearing capacity, proceed with laying the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. Within the supporting angle range of the pipeline’s designed earth arc foundation, the axillary corner must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling range should extend beyond the supporting angle 2α by at least 30 degrees. Ensure the backfill compactness adheres to technical regulations for superior stability.

3. As you lay the pipeline, dig grooves corresponding to the socket interface and sleeve connection size in the foundation. Tailor the groove's length, width, and depth to accommodate the pipe joint dimensions. After securing the joint, immediately backfill the area with medium coarse sand to ensure optimal density and support.

4. In sections where potential longitudinal uneven settlement of the pipeline might occur—due to factors like pipeline load or soil changes—reinforce the foundation before laying the pipeline to ensure lasting durability and stability.
For treating foundations of polyethylene drainage pipes, employ composite methods such as sand piles or stone piles. Avoid rigid foundation treatments like driven piles, concrete pads, or concrete strip foundations to maintain flexibility and integrity.
