Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit: 6 meters. Each conduit is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a perfect 2.0-meter spacing between them and positioning them precisely 0.5 meters from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be expertly installed manually. Ground personnel should efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Absolutely no rolling of pipes into the groove is permitted.

3. For any necessary length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, use high-precision mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a flawlessly smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are executed using either socket or interface connections, ensuring optimal fitting and security.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with a clear indication of the insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurate for a precise and proper fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures an impeccable connection and prevents any water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. This timely backfill helps avoid damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is thoroughly backfilled with soft soil for optimal protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the stringent design-specified density requirements to ensure durability and stability.
