Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit, precisely 6 meters in length, is meticulously designed for stability, supported by 3 strategically placed pipe sleepers. These sleepers ensure optimal stability by maintaining a consistent 2.0-meter spacing and are thoughtfully positioned 0.5 meters from each joint for seamless integration.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings is a manual endeavor, requiring ground personnel to efficiently supply the construction crew at the trench's base. Ensure the integrity of the installation by strictly prohibiting the rolling of pipes into the groove, preserving both safety and quality.

3. For precise adjustments in the length of CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools to achieve a perfect cut. This technique ensures that the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, providing a smooth, flat surface for flawless connectivity.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Seamless connections of CPVC power protective casings are achieved through reliable socket or interface connections, offering versatile solutions for varying installation environments.

2. For precise assembly, mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit to clearly indicate the insertion length. Upon inserting into the socket, verify the exactness of the insertion indicator to ensure a secure and proper fit.

3. Before coupling the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure all soil and attachments are removed from the pipe socket's exterior and rubber ring's interior. This thorough cleaning step is critical in ensuring a solid connection and preventing any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling is essential to protect the pipeline from damage caused by prolonged exposure.
2. Backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil to maintain the integrity of the installation and provide necessary support.
3. The trench must be backfilled with soil manually. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any compromise in the quality and precision of the fill.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the designated density specifications outlined in the design to guarantee long-term stability and reliability.
