Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and strategically positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint for stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel should diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It is strictly prohibited to roll pipes into the groove to avoid damage.

3. If length adjustments are necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that the cut is impeccably perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a perfectly smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are securely made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the precise insertion length. After insertion into the socket, meticulously verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and prevents any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been fully accepted. Timely backfill prevents damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing necessary cushioning and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch with care; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any damage to the pipeline.
4. The backfill soil quality must strictly meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability.
