Installation Instructions

1. Each pipe must undergo meticulous inspection in accordance with the product standard before being laid down. Should the pipe fail to meet these rigorous standards, it is strictly forbidden to proceed with laying.

2. During relocation, lift and place the pipe with care to avoid any damage. Under no circumstances should you drag, roll, or use heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors to move the pipe within the trench.

3. Ensure that no water accumulates in the trench during the pipe laying process. It is recommended to excavate and lay pipes simultaneously. The groove length should correspond to the pipe interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Once the interface is complete, backfill the grooves immediately with medium coarse sand.

4. When cutting the pipe to the desired length, always employ mechanical methods to ensure precision. The cutting surface must be flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for this process.

5. For diameter changes or branch connections, use compatible pipe fittings. Never create new openings on pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Adhere to the specified slope from the design requirements when laying the pipe. The elevation error must not exceed the national standard values set forth in the GB 50268 Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering.

7. Utilize fusion or flange connections, particularly in low ambient temperatures. Ensure that all connecting parts, including the socket, sleeve, and seal, are clean and free of soil, water, and other impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections, implement anti-corrosion measures as per soil quality and relevant standards.
