Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters, and each is supplied with three sets of pipe sleepers. These pipe sleepers should be evenly spaced 2.0 meters apart, with the first set positioned 0.5 meters from the joint.

2. The installation of the CPVC power protective casing can be performed manually. Ground personnel should transfer the pipe material to construction staff at the trench's bottom. Under no circumstances should the pipe be rolled into the trench.

3. To adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casing, use mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that the cut is perpendicular to the pipe's axis and that the cutting point is smooth and flat.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The CPVC power protective casing should be connected using a socket or interface connection to ensure a secure fit.

2. The connection surface of the CPVC power conduit should be marked with the insertion length. After inserting the pipe into the socket, verify that the insertion mark is accurate and the pipe is securely in place.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, clean any soil or debris from the outside of the pipe socket and the inside of the rubber ring. This ensures a smooth connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Backfilling of the trench should be carried out immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling prevents potential damage from prolonged exposure.
2. The area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing must be backfilled with soft soil to ensure proper support and protection.
3. Backfilling should be done manually. The use of mechanical equipment for backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damage.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the density requirements specified in the design to maintain the integrity and stability of the installation.
