Installation Instructions

1. Before installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to ensure it meets all product standards. Any pipe that does not fully comply with these standards must not be installed under any circumstances.

2. Handle every pipe with exceptional care during transportation and placement. Avoid dragging or rolling pipes and do not utilize heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors for moving pipes within the trench.

3. Maintain a water-free trench throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, dig the trench simultaneously with the pipe laying. The trench groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width at least as large as the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. When cutting pipes to the required lengths, use mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat, and perpendicular cut to the pipe axis. Do not use open flames for cutting.

5. When altering pipe diameters or adding branch connections, use the appropriate pipe fittings. Never create openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring that the elevation error does not exceed the limits set forth in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are free from soil, water, or other impurities. Metal components like looping flanges and bolts should receive anti-corrosion treatment based on soil quality and relevant standards.
