Installation Instructions

 

1. Before the start of installation, every single pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection to verify full adherence to product standards. Pipes that do not meet these stringent standards must not be installed under any circumstances.

2. Handle each pipe with exceptional care during relocation. It's crucial to avoid dragging or rolling the pipes, and refrain from using heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or any other equipment to move the pipes within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains completely free of water during the pipe laying process. Ideally, dig the trench simultaneously with the pipe laying. The trench groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the outer diameter of the pipe. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. When cutting pipes to the desired lengths, use precise mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat cut that is perpendicular to the pipe axis. Under no circumstances should open flames be used for cutting.

 

5. When changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always use the appropriate pipe fittings. Avoid making any openings directly on the pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipes according to the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring that the elevation error does not exceed the limits set forth in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering.'

7. For low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to all metal components, such as looping flanges and bolts, based on soil quality and relevant standards.
