Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation Guidelines

1. Each CPVC power conduit comes in a standardized fixed length of 6 meters. It is accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them precisely 0.5 meters from each joint.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings can be performed manually. Ground personnel are responsible for delivering the pipe material to the construction team at the trench's bottom. Note: Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to prevent damage.

3. Should length adjustments for CPVC power protective casings be necessary, employ mechanical tools for cutting to ensure precision. The cut must be perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, achieving a smooth, flat surface for optimal performance.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection Procedures

1. Connections between CPVC power protective casings can be achieved using either socket or interface methods, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.

2. Always mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the insertion length. Post-insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is correctly aligned for a precise and secure connection.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring to remove any soil or attachments. This ensures a proper seal and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil Requirements
1. Trench backfilling should begin immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling mitigates the risk of pipeline damage due to prolonged exposure.
2. It is crucial to backfill the area around the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil to ensure its integrity and protection.
3. Backfilling soil into the ditch must be done manually; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any potential damage to the structure.
4. The quality of backfill soil must adhere to the design-specified density requirements, ensuring the stability and durability of the installation.
