Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation Guidelines

1. Each CPVC power conduit, with a standard fixed length of 6 meters, requires 3 sets of pipe sleepers. Maintain a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between the sleepers and position them 0.5 meters from the joints.

2. Manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is recommended. Ensure ground personnel efficiently transfer pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Avoid rolling pipes into the groove at all costs.

3. For any length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, yielding a smooth and even surface.

 

(2) Connecting CPVC Power Sheath

1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings can be executed using either socket or interface connections.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit to indicate the insertion length. Upon socket insertion, verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or attachments from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfilling Procedures
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Swift backfilling protects the pipeline from damage due to prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; strictly avoid mechanical backfilling operations.
4. Ensure the backfill soil quality adheres to the design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing structural integrity and safety.
