1. When installing buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, the use of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods is paramount. Avoid screw connections and bonding at all costs. Ensure that each connection of the polyethylene water supply pipeline is accomplished with specialized tools designed for this purpose. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process to maintain safety and integrity.

2. Connect polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before starting the connection, perform a comprehensive test to ensure the quality meets the necessary standards, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, make sure the pipe ends are immaculate. Temporarily seal the pipe openings at the end of each work session to prevent contamination. Inspect the interface immediately upon completing the connection to ensure seamless integration.

4. Before and after performing hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth. Follow the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, pipes, and fittings to achieve the perfect weld.

5. Adhere to the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these periods, ensure that there is no movement or pressure applied to the connecting parts, preserving the integrity of the weld.

6. After connection, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes to verify their durability. Execute this test within 1 hour following the hot-melt weld, securing the pipeline and exposing the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, remove any air, and check for water tightness to guarantee a leak-proof installation.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can be considered operational only after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, confirming that all standards and safety measures have been met with precision and expertise.
