To ensure a robust and secure connection for HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes, we offer advanced connection techniques. Our methods encompass mechanical connections and a series of innovative thermal fusion procedures. The five main connection modes include: 1) Butt fusion, for seamless joining; 2) Electrical fusion, offering precision and strength; 3) Socket fusion, for quick and reliable connections; 4) Flange adapter connection, enabling flexibility; 5) Compression connection, providing ease of installation.

1. For optimal pipeline installation, begin with a stable earth arc foundation. On undisturbed soil, lay a 100mm layer of medium coarse sand to form a solid base. If the soil quality is poor, enhance the foundation with a sand gravel base at least 200mm thick. This can be structured in two layers: a lower layer composed of gravel (5~32mm particle size) with a thickness of 100~150mm, and an upper layer of coarse sand not less than 50mm thick. Adhere to Table 2 for base density standards. For soft soil foundations, where bearing capacity is compromised due to design inadequacies or construction-related disturbances, strengthen the foundation first to meet specified standards before laying the medium coarse sand layer.

2. Ensure that the axillary corner within the supporting angle of the designed earth arc foundation is meticulously backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The designated backfilling range should extend beyond the supporting angle 2α by an additional 30 degrees. Adhere strictly to technical regulations to achieve the required backfilling compactness.

3. As you lay the pipeline, ensure that grooves for the socket interface and sleeve connections are carefully excavated. Base the dimensions of these grooves—length, width, and depth—on the specific pipe joint size. Once the joint is set, immediately backfill with medium coarse sand to maintain density and integrity.

4. In sections where longitudinal uneven settlement might occur due to varying pipeline loads or changing ground conditions, reinforce the foundation adequately before proceeding with the pipeline installation. This pre-emptive measure ensures long-term stability and performance.
For the foundation treatment of polyethylene drainage pipes, employ advanced composite methods such as sand piles or stone piles. Avoid using rigid methods like driven piles or concrete pads and strips as they do not offer the necessary flexibility and adaptability required for optimal foundation support.
