1. To ensure a supreme installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. These techniques promise optimal performance and remarkable durability. Avoid screw connections or bonding, as they might jeopardize the pipeline's integrity and strength. It is essential that every type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection is executed with precision tools specifically designed for this purpose. Avoid using open flames for heating during the connection process to prevent any potential damage and ensure utmost safety.

2. For the connection of polyethylene pipes, it is imperative to use PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating to assure impeccable compatibility and reliability. Before initiating the connection process, conduct a comprehensive quality test to verify that standards are met, thus securing a pipeline that stands strong and durable over time.

3. During the joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends for a seamless and efficient connection. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to ward off contamination. Immediately post-connection, inspect the interface to confirm it is secure and devoid of defects, ensuring a flawless integration.

4. Before and after executing hot melt butt welding, diligently clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth to guarantee excellent heat transfer and top-notch connection quality. Adhere strictly to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings, aiming for perfect results.

5. Adhere to the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the manufacturers of the equipment and pipes. During these critical periods, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to foster a strong, stable connection.

6. Following the completion of connections, conducting a water pressure test within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld is crucial to confirm pipeline integrity and reliability. Ensure the pipeline is secure, joints exposed prior to the hydrostatic test, and thoroughly filled with water. Purge all air and verify water tightness to confirm a successful connection.

7. Pipeline engineering construction can only be considered operational after triumphantly passing the final acceptance inspection. This ensures all standards and specifications are met, delivering a safe and effective water supply system that stands the test of time.
