Installation Instructions

 

(1) Installing CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduits is precisely 6 meters. Each conduit comes with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning them exactly 0.5 meters away from each joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be easily installed manually. Ground personnel should carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the trench is strictly prohibited to avoid damage.

3. For any necessary length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, always use mechanical tools to ensure precision cuts. Make sure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface to ensure proper installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are securely made using either socket or interface connections, depending on the installation requirements.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the specified insertion length. After inserting into the socket, check that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly aligned.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure all soil and any attachments are meticulously cleared from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior to facilitate a secure connection and prevent water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should only commence after the concealed pipeline project has been thoroughly inspected and accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Make sure that the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection.
3. Soil for backfilling must be placed manually into the trench; the use of mechanical backfilling equipment is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the pipeline.
4. Ensure that the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements to maintain the structural integrity and protection of the pipeline.
