Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, which are strategically spaced 2.0 meters apart. The sleepers are positioned 0.5 meters from the joint to ensure optimal stability.

2. The CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel should responsibly hand over the pipe material to the construction crew working at the bottom of the trench. Note: Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to avoid damage.

3. For any necessary adjustments in the length of the CPVC power protective casings, use mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure that the cuts are perpendicular to the pipe axis, resulting in a clean and smooth surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings are facilitated using either socket or interface connections, providing flexibility and ease of installation.

2. Mark the CPVC power conduit with an indication of the insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, confirm that the insertion indicator is accurate and correctly positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure the removal of any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This is crucial for a proper connection and to prevent water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to maintain the integrity of the installation.
3. Manually backfill the trench; the use of mechanical methods is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the density requirements specified in the design to ensure the stability and longevity of the installation.
