01, Before installation, verify that the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine meet the welding requirements. Conduct an empty test run on the milling cutter oil pump switch, etc. Insert the slips that match the pipe specifications into the rack. Set the heating plate to the required welding temperature and clean its surface of oil stains with clean soft paper or alcohol before heating.

02, Thoroughly clean both ends of the pipe. Position the pipe into the frame clamp to ensure equal extension length on both sides. The portions outside the pipe rack should be supported. Align the pipe at the same height as the frame's centerline and secure the slip. Insert and engage the milling cutter to prepare the pipe.

03, Mill the pipe until continuous cutting is observed at both ends. Release the pressure, allowing the milling cutter to idle for two or three rotations before retracting the movable frame and shutting off the milling cutter switch.

04, Remove the milling cutter and align the pipes end-to-end. Inspect the end faces; the displacement at both ends should not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. Ensure no significant gap between the end faces, adhering to gap width standards: 0.3MM (DN.<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05, Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, quickly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the circumference of the pipe ends flips and the minimum curling attains the specified height. Reduce the pressure so the pipe end face contacts the heating plate and continue heating for the specified duration.

Join the two pipe ends as quickly as possible, ensuring the switching time does not exceed the specified limit.
