Installation Instructions

 

1. Before the installation process begins, ensure that each pipe undergoes a meticulous inspection to verify full adherence to product standards. Any pipe that does not meet these stringent criteria must not be installed under any circumstances.

2. Exercise extreme caution while relocating each pipe. Avoid dragging, rolling, or utilizing heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors to move the pipes in the trench, as these methods can cause damage.

3. Maintain a dry trench throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, the trench should be excavated concurrently with pipe laying. Ensure the trench groove length matches the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand after completing the interface to secure stability.

4. Use mechanical methods for cutting pipes to the required lengths, ensuring a clean and flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Do not use open flames for cutting as this can compromise the integrity of the pipe.

 

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always employ the appropriate pipe fittings. Avoid creating openings directly on the pipes or fittings for connections to maintain structural integrity.

6. Lay pipes in accordance with the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring that the elevation error remains within the limits outlined by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, utilize fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts such as sockets, sleeves, and seals are clean and free from contaminants like soil and water. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components, including looping flanges and bolts, based on soil quality and the relevant standards to ensure longevity and performance.
