Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters, each conduit harmoniously paired with 3 robust pipe sleepers. Ensure a meticulous spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and place them precisely 0.5 meters away from the joint for optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for manual installation. Ground personnel should carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew positioned at the trench's bottom. It is crucial to avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain structural integrity.

3. Should length adjustments be required for the CPVC power protective casings, employ precision mechanical tools for cutting. This ensures a perpendicular cut to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and flawlessly flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings can be expertly made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring seamless integration.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the precise insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, meticulously verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and optimally positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, diligently clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a flawless connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to avoid potential damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is meticulously backfilled with soft soil.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain precision; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to preserve the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must rigorously meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure durable and reliable installation.
