Installation Instructions

1. For the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, employ the sophisticated techniques of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking exclusively. Avoid using screw connections or bonding methods at all costs. Ensure that each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection is performed with specialized, high-quality tools. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process to maintain safety and integrity.

2. Polyethylene pipes must be joined using PE pipes and fittings of identical brand, material, and SDR rating. Before initiating the connection, execute a comprehensive test to verify that the quality meets the stringent required standards.

3. During the joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain the pipe ends in immaculate condition. Temporarily seal pipe openings at the end of each work session to prevent contamination. Immediately inspect the interface upon completing the connection to ensure a secure fit.

4. Meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth both before and after performing hot melt butt welding. Adhere strictly to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings to achieve optimal results.

5. Follow the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. It is crucial during these periods not to move or apply pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a perfect weld.

6. After completing the connection, it is imperative to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of finishing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, ensuring all air is purged, and then meticulously check for water tightness.

7. The pipeline engineering construction will only be considered operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, confirming the integrity and functionality of the entire system.
