Installation Instructions

1. Each pipe must undergo stringent item-by-item inspection in accordance with product standards before installation. Pipes failing to meet these standards must not be laid under any circumstances.

2. When moving the pipe, it should be lifted and placed with great care. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or similar equipment to move the pipe within the trench is strictly prohibited.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water during pipe laying. Ideally, dig as you lay the pipe. The trench length should correspond to the interface length, with a depth of 50-100 mm and a width not less than the outer diameter of the pipe. Backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. When cutting the pipe to the required length, use mechanical methods for precision. The cutting face must be flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using an open flame for this purpose.

5. Use compatible pipe fittings when changing the pipe diameter or connecting branch pipes. Do not create openings on pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipe according to the design slope requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the values specified in the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268 for prestressed concrete pipes used in water supply and drainage.

7. Use fusion or flange connections when ambient temperatures are low or near minimum. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are free of soil, water, and other impurities. For flange connections, apply anti-corrosion measures to looping flanges, bolts, and other metal products based on the site's soil quality and relevant standards.
