1. For the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, rely solely on electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods to achieve unmatched performance and durability. Avoid using screw connections or bonding, which could weaken the pipeline's structure and compromise its strength. Execute each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection using specialized tools designed for impeccable precision. Furthermore, eschew the use of open flames for heating during the connection process to prevent any potential damage and to uphold safety standards.

2. Ensure that polyethylene pipes are connected using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating to guarantee optimal compatibility and reliability. Prior to beginning the connection process, conduct a thorough quality test to confirm that the standards are met, ensuring a secure and enduring pipeline.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is vital to maintain immaculate pipe ends to achieve a seamless and efficient connection. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to prevent any contamination. Upon completing the connection, immediately inspect the interface to confirm it is secure and free of defects, ensuring the highest quality and performance.

4. Both before and after performing hot melt butt welding, it is crucial to meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth to ensure optimal heat transfer and superior connection quality. Adhere strictly to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of both the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings, achieving the pinnacle of results.

5. Follow the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, ensure not to move or apply any pressure to the connecting parts, maintaining a strong and stable connection that withstands the test of time.

6. After completing the connection, conduct an essential water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of finishing the hot-melt weld to validate the integrity and reliability of the pipeline. Prior to the hydrostatic test, securely brace the pipeline and expose the joints. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and check for watertightness, confirming the success of the connection.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can be considered operational only after successfully passing the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that all standards and specifications have been met. This guarantees a safe and efficient water supply system, ready to deliver exceptional performance.
