Product Description

Electromelting high density polyethylene pipe fitting is a unique socket welding machine for connecting high density polyethylene pipe. These fittings contain copper wire inside and need to be installed using an electric melting machine. When the outer diameter of the pipe is equal to the inner diameter of the pipe fitting, the pipe can be easily installed inside the pipe fitting, thus enabling a seamless socket fusion process. These joints range in size from 20-315mm outside diameter and are easier to operate compared to traditional butt welding methods, which can be cumbersome with heavy machinery. HDPE electric fusion joint is connected by electric fusion welding machine to ensure safe and effective connection. Fusion couplers are specifically designed to easily connect two HDPE tubes.

Our HDPE pipe coupling is designed for easy connection using a socket welding machine, ensuring simple operation.  The socket fusion fittings are available in sizes ranging from OD20 to OD110mm.  For instance, if you have an HDPE pipe with a diameter of OD 25mm, you can use 25mm socket fusion fittings along with a socket fusion machine for seamless connection.  Additionally, our thread fittings come in female and male variations, including sockets, elbows, and tees.  We also offer socket valves for convenient control.
