Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduits is 6 meters. Each conduit is paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a uniform spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint to ensure stability and consistency.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with ease. Ground personnel should diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage and ensure safety.

3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, utilize appropriate mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, thereby producing a smooth and flat surface for optimal fitting.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are efficiently made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring secure and reliable assembly.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection indicating the insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator to guarantee a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to avoid damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline to external elements.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection and support.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain precision; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent potential damage.
4. The backfill soil quality must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the stability and longevity of the installation.
