(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit is provided in a convenient and precise standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is skillfully paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a secure and uniform spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers, with a professional placement 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal stability.

2. Experience seamless integration with our user-friendly CPVC power protective casings, designed for effortless manual installation. Ground personnel should efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. For utmost safety, remember that rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited.

3. In scenarios requiring length adjustments for our CPVC power protective casings, leverage precision mechanical tools for cutting. This ensures each cut is perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, delivering a smooth and flat surface for a flawless fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Achieve robust and reliable CPVC power protective casing connections with our versatile options, including socket or interface connections, tailored to meet your specific needs.

2. Enhance the accuracy of your CPVC power conduit connections by marking the surface with a precise indication of the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, ensure the insertion indicator is accurately positioned for a secure assembly.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This critical step facilitates a seamless connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly once the concealed pipeline project has received acceptance. This timely action prevents potential damage from prolonged pipeline exposure, safeguarding the integrity of your installation.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is expertly backfilled with soft soil, providing a nurturing and protective environment.
3. Manually infuse backfilling soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain precision and care.
4. The quality of backfill soil must uncompromisingly meet design-specified density requirements, ensuring structural soundness and longevity.
