Remember, open flames are not permitted for heating during the connection process, ensuring safety and integrity.

2. To ensure seamless connectivity, polyethylene pipes require the use of PE pipes and fittings that are of the same distinguished brand, identical material, and precise SDR rating. Before initiating the connection, it is paramount to conduct a comprehensive test, verifying that the quality meets the highest standards.

3. In the process of joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, the pipe ends must be immaculate. At the conclusion of each work session, it is vital to temporarily seal the pipe openings to maintain their condition. Upon completing any connection, perform an immediate inspection of the interface to ensure it is flawless.

4. Before and after executing hot melt butt welding, it is crucial to meticulously clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth.
