1. When embarking on the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is essential to employ state-of-the-art electric fusion welding and precision hot melt docking techniques. The use of screw connections and bonding is unequivocally forbidden. Each connection of the polyethylene water supply pipelines must be executed using specialized, high-caliber tools. Remember, open flames are not permitted for heating during the connection process, ensuring safety and integrity.

2. To ensure seamless connectivity, polyethylene pipes require the use of PE pipes and fittings that are of the same distinguished brand, identical material, and precise SDR rating. Before initiating the connection, it is paramount to conduct a comprehensive test, verifying that the quality meets the highest standards.

3. In the process of joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, the pipe ends must be immaculate. At the conclusion of each work session, it is vital to temporarily seal the pipe openings to maintain their condition. Upon completing any connection, perform an immediate inspection of the interface to ensure it is flawless.

4. Before and after executing hot melt butt welding, it is crucial to meticulously clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth. Adhere rigorously to the heating time and temperature specifications set forth by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding equipment, as well as the pipes and fittings, ensuring optimal performance.

5. It is important to follow the precise pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as meticulously outlined by both the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, avoid moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to maintain structural integrity.

6. After connection, performing a water pressure test on the pipes is essential. This must be done within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before conducting the hydrostatic test. Proceed to fill the pipeline with water, eliminate any air pockets, and rigorously check for water tightness to ensure reliability.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be declared fully operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, affirming its readiness for usage.
